So I guess it's just time to do it. I'll be writing some posts I call the Depression Tool Kit. I don't know how long it will last or how frequently it will occur. But this is not the advise of a professional. This is you and me sitting at a virtual table having a virtual cup of coffee and talking about a troubling issue. I know in advance that many people who need this the most won't acknowlege that they are reading these. It's not always easy to admit to depression. Especially for Christians. That's okay. You don't need to do anything but read and glean what ever nuggets may serve you. My prayer is that this will reach those for whom it is most needed.
